Abbeyfield Bognor Regis

Abbeyfield Bognor Regis is a charity dedicated to providing high quality residential care for the elderly within a friendly home from home environment. Our home is managed by volunteers and run by professional staff to provide an exceptional level of care for a very reasonable price. Care is on-hand 24 hours a day giving residents the peace of mind that help is at hand.

We have incredibly high standards when it comes to the care we provided, and this resulted in the Residential Home being awarded 3 stars excellent rating in their C.S.C.I inspection in January 2009.

The home is split into 2 houses,

Residential Care and Very Sheltered

Each house has its own care plan and individual rooms for the individuals who come and stay with us here at Abbeyfield Bognor Regis. If you would like to find out more information about either of the houses, that you cannot find online, then feel free to Contact Us at your own convenience.

Home From Home

The combination of having their own room as well as sharing meals with other residents allows residents to enjoy the companionship of others as well as having their privacy and independence in their own room.

The Abbeyfield Bognor Regis is a part of the Abbeyfield Society which is a Nationwide registered charity comprising over 800 sheltered houses and 80 care homes in the UK. The Abbeyfield Society exists to make older people's lives easier and more fulfilling. Since 1956 Abbeyfield volunteers have worked tirelessly to provide housing, support and companionship to older people in their local communities.

At Abbeyfield Bognor Regis, we want each individual who comes and stays with us in either the Residential House or the Very Sheltered House to feel like they are visiting a home from home. We do our utmost to ensure that each person is comfortable and has all of the home comforts they needs and like to have in their private rooms.

When it comes to recreational time, our individuals staying with us in the house often choose to take a walk in the grounds around the houses, or otherwise choose to spend time in our large lounge area or TV room. There are many options for things to do in the homes, and many of our residents are extremely social.
