Accommodation

ConservatoryAll residents have en-suite accommodation and bring their own furniture to make their room their home. Here residents can enjoy privacy and lead full and independent lives with the knowledge that there is an experienced member of staff to hand when they need them. There is a friendly atmosphere in the home and companionship with other residents and staff is never far away.

There are lifts to all rooms above the ground floor and there are 2 large lounge/dining rooms and a conservatory overlooking a well-tended garden.

In the garden are 2 garages where Mobility Scooters can be parked and charged.

ChaletA large heated chalet in the garden provides space for hobbies. Visiting instructors provide the opportunity for residents to attend Arts and Crafts classes and Music and Movement.

Excursions are arranged mainly in the summer. Fashion displays are held in the house and entertainment and activities are provided.

Visiting clergy are welcome and communion observed for all who wish to participate.

The house is managed by a dedicated well qualified Manager and her carefully appointed staff. Our cooks, gardener and cleaners all have high standards of service.

A chiropodist and hairdresser visit regularly. Residents are able to retain the services of their own doctors.

The house is situated in the pleasant sea-side town of Bognor Regis on the South Coast and is within a short dDiningistance of the sea and promenade and the Marine Gardens at the Western end of the town while local shops include a chemist, post office, food store and hairdressers.

A laundry room is provided with washing machines and dryers for the use of residents in the Very Sheltered House. Residents in Residential Care have all their laundry carried out for them.
